Refund Policy

defbase.eu is operated by a private individual, not a registered company or legal entity. Payment processing is handled by Paddle, our third-party merchant of record.

1. No refunds once published

Job listing fees are non-refundable once a listing has been published on defbase.eu. By completing payment you confirm that you have reviewed the listing details and accept this policy.

2. Failed or duplicate payments

If you were charged but your listing was not published due to a technical error, or if you were charged more than once for the same listing, contact support@defbase.eu within 14 days. We will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund via Paddle.

3. Listing removal

The operator reserves the right to remove any listing at any time at their sole discretion (for example, if it violates the Terms of Service). Removed listings are not eligible for a refund.

4. Payment disputes

All payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record. For billing errors, failed transactions, or chargebacks, contact Paddle directly via their support portal. The operator of defbase.eu has no access to payment card data and cannot process refunds outside of Paddle.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable EU consumer protection law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, contact support@defbase.eu.
